At Homegrown Garden Supply, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your refund is approved, you can choose to receive your refund in one of the following ways:
    • A refund to your original method of payment.
    • A gift card to Homegrown Garden Supply, which can be used for future purchases.

Processing Time

  • If you choose to receive your refund to the original method of payment, the funds will be credited back to your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
  • If you choose a gift card, it will be issued immediately after the return is processed and can be used right away.

Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at [email protected] for further instructions.
